Do not submit or upload anything that can be construed as gore. If you do, we will not only delete all your images, we will ban you, prevent you from viewing any images hosted on 1dl.us, and if necessary, report you to the authorities.

Do not use any of the services provided by 1dl.us for illegal activites, or harassment.

Your privacy is important to us. We will make all efforts to keep anything you submit anonymous unless specified by you to become public or subpoenaed by the authorities.

• Files that infringe on the copyrights of any entity excluding the user.
• Non-image or non-video files. This includes archived non-image files.
• Files intending to harass or spam, or promote anything for commercial profit.

The following types of files constitute "abuse" and will not be tolorated under any circumstances while using the Disposable Email service provided by 1dl.us:

• Anything related to pornography.
• Anything related to harassment.
• Anything related to abuse.
• Anything related to gore.
• Anything that helps to infringe on the copyrights of any entity excluding the user.
• Anything that is in violation of any United States laws.

The following types of files constitute "abuse" and will not be tolorated under any circumstances while using the Pastebin service provided by 1dl.us:

• Anything related to pornography.
• Anything related to harassment.
• Anything related to abuse.
• Anything related to gore.
• Anything that helps to infringe on the copyrights of any entity excluding the user.
• Anything that is in violation of any United States laws.

The following types of files constitute "abuse" and will not be tolorated under any circumstances while using the Shorten URL service provided by 1dl.us:

If any domain hotlinks to abusive files, the domain's owner must ensure the quick removal of all files hotlinked from 1dl.us on that domain. Domains containing the phrases "toplist", "topsites", "porn", or "hentai" are banned regardless of abuse.

Uploading abusive files may result in the immediate termination of the user's ability to use 1dl.us or any of its provided services. The 1dl.us website may not load, all 1dl.us-hosted files may not load, and all files and accounts related to the abusive files will be subject to deletion. Circumventing 1dl.us' ability to enforce the 1dl.us Terms of Service will result in prosecution.

However, 1dl.us reserves the right to release user information if user has violated the 1dl.us Terms of Service, if the user has committed unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed, or if 1dl.us deems it necessary or appropriate.

By accepting this agreement you waive and hold harmless company from any claims resulting from any action taken by Digital Prowl, LLC during or as a result of its investigations and/or from any actions taken as a consequence of investigations by either Digital Prowl, LLC or law enforcement authorities.

1dl.us may perform maintenance services as 1dl.us determines reasonably necessary. User acknowledges that such maintenance may require downtime.

These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Fulton County, Georgia United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Fulton County, GA in connection with any dispute between you and Company arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof.
